Recognizing that you are affected by it<BR/>2. Delegating work<BR/>3. Spend some time investigating if you are doing somebody else's work.<BR/>4. Take a break, breaks help us figure out how insanely and obsessively we have been writing bad code<BR/>5. Get somebody to help you review your code<BR/>6. Automate manual routines - write tools<BR/>7. Don't care - realize that taking a break is also important.
